Meet the Team

  • Jami Frazier-Grafsky

    FOUNDER + CEO

    After spending the last 10 years in healthcare administration, Jami decided to take her love for taking care of others and her obsession with a clean, tidy, and aesthetic home and launched ELEVATED in January, 2024. 

    Originally from Pulaski County, Jami now lives in Blacksburg with her blended family and small hobby farm. When she's not cleaning, she's reading or sharing books in a local book club.

    She has a Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Management and has a background in managing successful teams. She is an active member of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and is a large supporter of other small business in the New River Valley. Jami also serves as the Secretary Elect for the Blacksburg Athletic Club. 

  • Miranda Stein

    ASSISTANT MANAGER + TEAM LEAD

    Miranda is from Aberdeen, MD. She spends her free time at home with her family and dogs. When she’s not cleaning, she enjoys playing video games and riding dirt bikes! She’s worked in the cleaning industry for close to 4 years, but has had a passion for being tidy since she was a small child.

    ​When asked why she loves her job, she replied, “I love my job because I get to help people and improve their quality of life. I work with amazing people all around.”

  • Shawna Morris

    TRAINER + TEAM LEAD

    Shawna is a busy, single mom of three boys, and a lifelong resident of Floyd. She understands how chaotic life can be, which is why she loves helping other moms in the New River Valley.

    When Shawna isn't at work, she's always with her children; whether that's swimming, playing at the park, or visiting grandparents, she never slows down. 

    ​Shawna's unstoppable energy powers her teammates everyday. 

  • Destiny Myers

    TEAM MEMBER + CONTENT CREATOR

    Destiny is a true Blacksburg native, having grown up right here in the New River Valley. When she's not making homes sparkle, you can find Destiny and her boyfriend, Juston, enjoying the great outdoors. Looking ahead Destiny plans to begin her pre-nursing studies in the Fall of 2026.  

    ​Destiny missed her calling as a true comedian and serves to keep her teammates laughing all day. 

  • Kaylan Phillips

    TEAM MEMBER

    As a native of the Auburn area, Kaylan comes to us ready to grow with EHS. Like Destiny, she’s a recent high school graduate who is excited to build her skills in the trade before starting her collegiate studies.

    She’s a soft spoken teammate who enjoys reading sci-fy and fictional romance, while cuddled up with her cat.
